Collaboration Knife Auction Series

We are happy to announce the start of our knife auction series. This series will see a monthly auction of a new one-of-a-kind collaboration knife that we are going to be working on with brilliant knife makers across the globe. Each knife will be entirely unique, retaining some signature FKK design features combined with the incredibly varied design and manufacturing offerings of each maker that we collaborate with. We kicked off the series with our Blenheim Forge x Florentine Kitchen Knives blade - a collaboration Santuko knife, a combination of Blenheim’s unique forging skills alongside our signature and distinctive stacked custom handle. With this knife we managed to raise 1000 EUR for El Llindar, a local foundation which trains young people - who have found themselves out of the Catalan educational system - in the culinary and hospitality industry.
